Our client is a well-established and respected name in the automotive retail industry, representing a portfolio of modern volume brands in a high-profile flagship site location. With a solid reputation as a stable and forward-thinking employer, they are now seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Business / General Manager to lead one of their flagship sites.

The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to spearhead the strategic growth of a multi-brand dealership, overseeing both new and used car operations. As the Head of Business, you will play a key leadership role in driving performance, enhancing customer experience, and fostering a high-performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities

*Lead and manage a divisional site representing 2-3 very modern automotive brands and a Prestige AfterSales Centre.
*Drive overall business strategy to achieve sales, profitability, and market share goals.
*Champion customer excellence and ensure an exceptional experience across all touchpoints.
*Inspire, develop, and empower a team of passionate automotive professionals.
*Act as a brand ambassador and establish strong relationships within the local community.
*Maintain full ownership of the site's P&L and ensure commercial effectiveness within a big company environment.

Remuneration & Benefits

*Basic Salary: Up to £85,000
*On-Target Earnings (OTE): £110,000+ (including performance-related bonus)
